    Fun class! With socks easy to follow. Hard with the pelvis up and then glide: that needs practise! Looking forward to more of these gliding classes...

    Definitely a challenging class. My knees are not so great these days (lots of skiing over 35 yrs), but I do what I can. Thanks Beth. Looking forward to more gliding classes.

    I love glider workouts! I've been adding this on to my leg day workouts. It's a great challenge for both strength and balance. Fun short but intense class!

    Hard with balancing and hard with both legs sliding while hips off the mat. Another very good class, thank you Beth. This one could have lasted 30 minutes for me, and I haven't even have sliders.

      There were challenges in there. I practiced this a lot before filming it.

      It was years before I got sliders because I just stuck with using paper plates. I figured once I started filming gliding classes I needed an upgrade!

    I wasn't able to do it right even with socks, it was hard to glide! That somehow made the knee from the non gliding side, so maybe it has something to do with technique, or maybe that my floor and my socks don't get along LOL. At the end I did it stepping, and felt challenging, but great. Next time I'll try with paper plates, they may work better for me. Thanks Beth!

      I've found on some floors some items work better than others. Maybe the plates will be just right.

    Tough for balance at my age? Needed a chair to hold on to for smoother transitioning. Made me 😅 good one!
