I find it weird that the bands ACTUAL drummer is not performing the songs for their own band in an official promo cuz they’re “doing something else”. Sounds more like an EX Drummer to me. I only know I really dug the playing & WHOEVER wrote it came up with some sick shit so Props to that dude too.
@@jolemite2639 Trey wrote the parts and Brody plays live for them, Trey performs live with Fit for a King but remains the main song writer for Invent Animate Trey is in all of the music videos, but they have a new video coming out soon with Brody playing drums and Trey on guitar because he wrote the song

Whenever drummers roll out these low-mid tempo pocket grooves *crispy* clean, I actually get anxious. The dynamics on that fill at 2:09 are ridiculous, crazy ghost note game in general. And that musicality, every note well placed with intent. I really slept on this guy.
This band is just on another level. This album is so damn good. Hope they release an instrumental edition just like stillworld instrumental edition and also Greyview instrumental edition which is my favorite album of all time.
I won’t pretend to know much about drumming but the way this guy uses his cymbals is awesome. Reminds me a bit of ii in Sleep Token. The way they use cymbals has a purpose and adds to the riff

Is it me or are a large amount of the tama drummers on this channel using the older tama slp dynamic bronze snare drum? I personally love that drum but i wonder if it’s actually that popular of a choice or is it just the drum they happen to have on hand in that studio and they like recording on it?
This is Brody’s personal snare he uses. He uses it faithfully live as well. It’s an amazing snare to have! Newer doesn’t always mean better, this snare kicks ass
