Used-Toyo Jidoki Model TT9CW Preformed Pouch Machine. Capable of speeds from 30-80 pouches/minute dependent on fill volume. Currently set up to do 375ml 4.5" wide x 9.25" tall pouches. Capable of running flat or stand up pouches, Maximum 16 oz, 1 liter max piston fill. Duplex 2-up operation. Turret stations consist of: pouch pick and place into turret clips, pouch top opener, pouch bottom opener, pressure product fill,piston pump fill (1" diameter nozzles.), two stage heat seal stations, seal quench and pouch discharge. Discharge conveyor includes hoses for washing completed products. Features Positive shut off nozzles. Last used on pouched alcoholic beverage products. 90 psi. 3/60/480V.
