You can’t say that. Brady is completely different than Rodgers. You can’t say one is better than the other Because Brady is more of a passer and Rodgers moves around more. Like Brady says, Rodgers uses his legs rather than just passing. Plus a lot of packers players during the game got injured. This game doesn’t prove that Brady is the GOAT. END OF STORY.

Irsyaad Hanif except Lamar still hasn’t proven anything in this league. Sustained success is the key in this league. Everyone can have a breakout year, but now the entire league has a season of film on Lamar to analyze this off-season. You cannot judge a quarterback for at least 5 seasons in the league.

Divine Aria I’ve seen games when the packers were losing & Rodgers is on the sideline by himself pouting, Brady is communicating with his teammates getting their confidence up. Look at who has more comebacks vs .500 plus teams since 2008 Seen plenty guys leave GB & call out Aaron. Great talent but not nearly as motivating as Brady or good as a Leader
@@snellsman, TWO guys have left GB and called out Rodgers because BOTH have wanted more money and was mad Rodgers didn't demand more money for either of them. Many many of his teammates say he's a great teammate. Nobody else has called Rodgers a bad leader. I think I'll take his teammates's words over your biased opinions. BTW, I have seen Brady pouting too. In fact, I've seen him arguing with his coaches on the sidelines. So? Does that mean he's a bad leader or is selfish? Of course not. Sheesh, just stop.

its weird im worried about it and looking forward to it at the same time - im interested to see how kraft / belichick will fill that (blackhole sized) void when he retires. I'm also thinking (hoping?) that tom stays with the organization in some capacity... i mean... what else does tom have left to do? be the only player to win AND coach 5 superbowls?
@@konanoobiemaster they won't. Belicheck jumps ship the second Brady retires. Maybe call his 'retirement' and then come back a year later somewhere else. It's only a matter of time...
Peyton and him are the most consistently great QBs of our generation. Listen to these stats. Together they have appeared in 12 of the last 17 superbowls and have 8 Mvps in the past 14 seasons between them. Talk about domination.
You mad Bro!? Yes because LeBron can carry a trash team to win four games against literally the best team to ever play basketball. When LeBron had help in Kyrie and Love, they won. When MJ had help in Pippen and Rodman, he won. LeBron will probably finish career as the GOAT. Right now, I still give it to MJ, but I do not think he will still be the GOAT when LeBron retires. LeBron has been to more finals and had to play tougher teams. Granted, the Mavs series is a knock against him sure, but he’s never had a first round exit like Jordan and couldn’t win a playoff series until he got Pippen. So they both have blemishes on their legacies, people just choose to ignore MJ’s.
Devin Gilliam i mean jordan didn’t need pippen to win a playoff series, when jordan first win he averaged 40 on 50% shooting and pippen was just a 10 ppg scorer. the argument that jordan “needed” pippen to win is just wrong, when jordan won his first ring he had no other all stars on his team
So we get to compare Brady and Rodgers despite the massive difference in achievements but we can't have a LeBron - Jordan argument cos Jordan has more rings. The hypocrisy of sports fandom is shameless now.
Charles Anekwe I feel the reason you can compare Lebron and Jordan, is because both are dominant AND have made it to many finals and won, with Brady and Rodgers it’s so ridiculous, Brady has 8 appearances and 5 rings Rodgers has only gotten to one, and he did squeak out a win verse the Steelers. There’s no comparison of greatness there, Tom is the better qb.
@@mattdaraitis4253, Rodgers squeaked a win against the Steelers while Brady did not squeak out several miraculous SB wins by way of his kicker and INT by his defenses or with a total miraculous collapse by the other team right? Good god. Brady fanboys are the worst.
Jordan doesn't really have an equal in other Sports though. 6-0, 6 finals MVP's, never had a game 7 in any of them, absolute perfection. The only real argument for Brady/Rodgers is that Rodgers has so many more greater natural talents, he's got an all time powerful arm, all time accurate arm, can run with some of the best running QB's in NFL History, not quite on the Vick, Young, Newton, Tarkenton level, but just below them with the Staubachs and Cunninghams Whereas, as gifted as Lebron is athletically, Jordan himself is an All-Time great Athlete, a freakish leaper, there's not really any skillset that Lebron has that so clearly outclass Jordan, whereas Brady has always been rather limited as an athlete but ascended regardless by sheer will. Rodgers himself is an freakish athlete, a QB who runs a 4.7 and can launch a 60 yard ball off his back foot for a hail mary TD. Versus comparing a 6'8 250lbs pass first player who's an ok defender to the greatest scorer of all time and an all time great defender additionally in Jordan. The comparison isn't as drastic, also, Lebron chokes.
Divine Aria and low and behold Brady has made it to 8 how many did Rodgers make it to? And by that logic then Tom Brady won 2 himself with no help for anyone else, and even then Tom is still better, god listening to the delusion of Rodgers fans is annoying.
I think Rodgers is easily the most talented qb of all time, but he has to win a couple more sbs to be in the goat convo. Brady just knows how to win (bellicheck helps out a bit) but rodgers just has nothing around him, especially coaching. We will see tho. I think Brady has 2 more years left and Rodgers might have like 5-6 more years left
He never comes across as cocky, and you can tell he genuinely means what he said about Aaron Rodgers. Man if I was Tom Brady with all of his accomplishments I think I would have a hard time staying humble
Its comparing apples and oranges. Both quarterbacks are at the top of the game and have been for years. 2 different styles 2 different QBs that are great at what they do.
@The Ghost, leave it to the Brady fanboys to be disrespectful. They can't stand anyone saying anything good about Rodgers without needing some butt cream. One also has possibly the best coach in NFL history and plays in a conference that has been less competitive the past 10 years but the fanboys won't admit any of that. Brady faces teams like the Texans in the playoffs. Give me a freakin' break. We've seen Brady and Rodgers lead teams against each other before and both played extremely well, with Rodgers taking the win. But, nope, to the Brady fanboys, Brady is somehow so much better that comparisons are somehow insulting. Funny.
As a football lover you have to appreciate his twisted, beautiful, cynical, cold-calculated, thought process for football. There’s no one better at the game.
As a Football fan I am so Amazed by how well spoken he is, how he’s able to compliment his counterparts. He’s used all his words elegantly. He’s always able to explain everything on his mind.
Why is that impressive? He should be able to do that... many athletes can. As an athlete myself, I don't subscribe to the dumb jock/ shut up and dribble stereotypes.
@@Yels14 so you can lead off with "as a football fan" but I can't mention that I'm an athlete? Interesting... I was saying that alot of us speak/ use words elegantly. It's not a marvel, and it shouldn't wow folks that he/we can speak. But if that's how you interpreted it... you got it champ.
I really love the respect that Rodney Harris gives to Tom at the end. When Tom brings up Joe Montana, Rodney immediately cuts him off and says, "I'm giving it to you." That answer shows the type of respect and gesture the top professionals of their careers have for one another.
I am a huge Giants fan but I do believe TB is the GOAT, every interview this guy has is inspirational and how he approached every situation in his life is very inspiring. I have 2 ppl that inspire me throughout my life TB is one of them and Steve Smith Sr is the other if they ended up playing with each other which was possible I wouldve been a Pat fan for maybe 3-4 years they wouldve been together. Everytime TB plays I cheer for him unless its against my Giants
@@SMLEFGFJB Lol that's the only other name I could think of. Admittedly I don't know much about baseball so maybe a Red Sox player might also be huge there
dude the saints offense is a shootout sling fest offense. Any decent qb will get a ton of yards in that offense. Thats not to say Brees isn't amazing, but he's no Rodgers and he def no Brady sorry lol
I grew up watching Roger Staubach, Terry Bradshaw, Bob Griese, and the others of their era; then Elway, Montana, Marino, Favre, Young, and the others who played in those days; and after these greats were replaced, then Brady, the Manning brothers, etc. As a result of having watched so many extraordinary quarterbacks do some amazing things, especially the clutch players such as Montana, Elway and Favre, it is my opinion that no one -- I mean no one, ever -- comes close to Tom Brady. I attended some of the Chicago Bulls finals games in 1991 and 1992; watching Jordan do his magic. Brady is a lot like MJ when it's high stakes; he has a "never-quit, stay focused, play your game" mentality and always finds a way to get it done. Brady is an instinctual player, hands down the best ever QB to play the game, at any level. What the greats before him did some of the time, Brady does habitually, consistently, and always performs at high levels of engagement. Plus, he's humble and has class.
Wow! Well said. There have been many a great qbs in the past, as there will be in the future but, there will NEVER be another Tom Brady. He's an all-around good man: great family man, geeat teammate, and the greatest qb of all time. And even though he hasn't retired yet, I'm already dreading the day he leaves the field for good.
TB is a class act! He's a leader on the field and he's humble and at the same time believes in himself and his abilities! Now that's a good role model for young men everywhere.
Shouldn't be comparing brady to rodgers.. Drew brees has acomplished far more than any qb given the circumstances and he has more than earned his spot to atleast be in the coversation.. Aaron rodgers is good but nobody that currently plays can compare to drew or brady in the goat conversation
marion boring god thank you! Someone understands his success! Honestly Drew may be better. With his ability to come out and play outstanding in even losing seasons and still have high passing yard high passer rating seasons. A true leader as well. A saints team with a good defense. Is a Saints team with Drew Brees and more than one super bowl appearance. 👍🏾
V3ltron X no Brees is better compared to Brett Favre. Both have an ungodly amount of yards and both have a bunch of INT. Rodgers and Brees are surgical with the football. Maybe when Brees gets a couple MVP’s than he’d be added to the conversation but for now it’s a Rodgers and Brady show.
Bro...look at the numbers?.....look how much Aaron Rodgers has accomplished with the packers, he carries his team without him they would be nothing so don't you go taking about accomplishments. Aaron Rodgers definitely deserves to be umugst the goats. And ps the numbers show Aaron Rodgers is a goat, just look at his completion pass rating. And he is one of the most consistent quarterbacks of all time he is a freak.
If the NFL still exists in 100 years, people will remember Brady as the QB with the most Super Bowl wins, but will they really remember Rodgers for something? I'm not saying Rodgers is bad, he's phenomenal, but Brady is obviously the single greatest quarterback of all time.
You can't be much of a football fan. I'll never forget how gifted Aaron is. Anyone with any sense of the game couldn't forget his play if we tried. Brady will go down as the best and i don't think anyone will ever knock him of that mountain. But what you said is just ridiculous man.
To be honest I see this: Joe Montana = Tom Brady, Steve Young = Aaron Rodgers. Always thought of it that way. I believe TB12 is better than Joe but I never watched Montana so idk.
I don’t care what people say, Tom Brady seems to be one of the most humble guys in the league. Especially since he is hands down the greatest of all time. People say he’s arrogant but yet he says that he does not like being labeled at the GOAT.

Actually Lebron has 4 or 5 MORE game winning shots in the playoffs than jordan so clutch lol
- OMAR M L
Devin Gilliam i mean jordan didn’t need pippen to win a playoff series, when jordan first win he averaged 40 on 50% shooting and pippen was just a 10 ppg scorer. the argument that jordan “needed” pippen to win is just wrong, when jordan won his first ring he had no other all stars on his team

Good interview. Tom is always so much more comfortable talking to sportsmen than Hollywood celebrities etc. Tom Brady is the GOAT
Charles Anekwe
These two are still playing! MJ had retired!
The only real argument for Brady/Rodgers is that Rodgers has so many more greater natural talents, he's got an all time powerful arm, all time accurate arm, can run with some of the best running QB's in NFL History, not quite on the Vick, Young, Newton, Tarkenton level, but just below them with the Staubachs and Cunninghams
Whereas, as gifted as Lebron is athletically, Jordan himself is an All-Time great Athlete, a freakish leaper, there's not really any skillset that Lebron has that so clearly outclass Jordan, whereas Brady has always been rather limited as an athlete but ascended regardless by sheer will.
