I said the same thing about not wanting maternity jeans...I caved and never looked back! The band covering the belly was actually quite nice and never too tight. Also, Girlfriend Collective has great maternity leggings that are so comfy. I wore them from the beginning to the end of my pregnancy! So happy for you! Your joy is contagious.
I had a lovely little moment watching the clip in the garden and thinking that it just feels extra joyous right now, after a difficult year for everyone, to see you two settled and enjoying every moment.

Another entertaining weekly vlog. The Mark garden edit, must say he is in his element in the garden with the veg patch. I'd highly recommend dresses for the summer-nothing restricting and it's easy to chuck on. ❤
Anna, love the vlog - having been pregnant and of a similar jean mindset, I have to break it to you that there is no way they will last until the end. Its the shape that doesn't work in the jeans - but try to find pregnancy ones with side stretch panels but a normal front - honestly hard to tell the difference and I wore mine up until the bitter end with a July baby. So pleased for you both, such an exciting time! xx
Oh my goodness, the coconut bird feed!!! I get them all the time for our back garden. Last Summer we had what I can only call a west side bird story in the garden 😂 There was fighting, there were feathers flying everywhere - it was the ultimate bird showdown. Wilko’s has a coconut bowl with berry suet, it’s pink. I think it has bird drugs in it because they love it so much 😂

Love this. I never brought maternity clothing (it's a rip off). Well I brought maternity underwear that was it. I just made my wardrobe work. Try things out and have fun styling the bump.

Girl, I only white maternity clothes during my last month and I WAS BIG! Get them on vinted or from friends. If you can't find them, h&m has good maternity jeggings (very cheap) that are good also post partum when the bump is still there a bit.
Girl, you’ve got 18 weeks left but after birth you’ll continue to use your maternity clothes! Trust me!! If you want to get away from maternity clothes, try dresses... some “normal” dresses can be used during pregnancy (now specially with warmer weather coming).
I agree, get some nice maternity clothes you won’t regret it. Also, if you are planning to have more kids you can save the clothes for future pregnancies. You also wear maternity clothes in the early postpartum. Your body doesn’t go back to normal straight away.

I ordered the arket Shirt recently and the material feels so nice. The fit didn’t look good on me because it was just too boxy but if you like that type of style is great!
Just so you know, maternity pants and shorts are just like your high rise Lululemon pants but 2-3" higher. They're really comfy-and some shorts have a below the bump elastic if needed for heat. Wanted you to know, it is not as hot or uncomfortable as you imagine. 👍❤️
In my 2nd pregnancy I found some straight/wide leg maternity jeans that made me feel like myself and I lived in them. I wish I had invested in some my first pregnancy because I had to break out the stretchy waistbands at like 9 weeks with my second. But to each her own!
They have under the bump styles! I’m due in September and feel the same way about over the bump - especially when it’s hot. I’m in America but I got a pair of straight leg under bump from Madewell and Jean shorts too. I think you can find under the bump at Gap or ASOS too.
Loved this! Oh am tempted to get Lulu lemon instead of mat legging so can reuse after! I have some elasticated waistband trousers so have been able not to buy anything yet. Would love to see what pregnancy books you have been enjoying. My favourite is Your no guild pregnancy plan and Ina May Gaskin’s guide to child birth, all about natural child birth. Both really empowering!
I bought 2 or 3 pairs of maternity jeans from h&m thinking I will not wear them often. I was right, being pregnant during lockdown all I wore were leggings. BUT, those jeans came in handy after the birth (I had gained only 2 kg). I did not want anything constricting and close to my c-section so I wore them almost every day, till 10 months post partum
I felt the same way about maternity pants. Then I had to give in. Made my life so much easier. Just buy the pants! You can buy under the bump pants too
Trying to figure out my new shade too! I used to be C3 in the old version but it's always been a bit too dark and olive-tone for me. So it's making buying the new F&B so much harder. I'm thinking of getting a lighter, more neutral tone. 😊

Not buying maternity jeans totally makes sense! Especially since it will be the summer when you're furthest along. Summer dresses all day everyday!
I was pregnant last summer. H&M cotton dresses was my everyday day outfit. After birth you will also need maternity cloths. That's life 🤯

Topshop maternity jeans were my saviour. You definitely wear them after baby comes. They were like PJs in term of comfort.
