Yay for you! I also have autoimmune. Hashimoto hypothyroidism. For the first 6 years, I couldn't consume dairy. So thankful that today I can enjoy protien drinks . Enjoy your new supplement!
Happy ,healthy ,strong, slightly sore senior + . Crushed it in spite of coming to w/o with sore muscles after I went a bit crazy yesterday doing HIT w/o with kettle bells plus my swim. Amazing HIIT workout! I love this style! Yesterday, you mentioned people skipping Fri and Sat workouts. I do this, and I wanted to tell you why. I run or spin every day and do a strength workout. So I need 30 min workouts, and I work out M-F with Sat and Sun as rest days because of family and kid activities. With your calendar of thur off and longer workouts, I usually do another trainers calendar along with yours and pick 30 min workouts and do them M-F. I absolutely love you and your workouts, I just wanted to give you feedback on the issue. Thank you for everything!

Woop woop, bit puffed not sure if that's due to the workout or I gave blood on Wed and it takes me a few days to recover. I used my weighted vest instead of balancing a weight in my neck!! lol
Congrats on giving blood! Last time I did, I noticed I was much more winded for the week that followed. Turned out my iron level was at the anemia level, so just make sure you get your iron 😊❤

Well my sleep last night was not good!!! Celebrated my birthday with my family and it was fantastic, but I think different foods affected my sleep!!! Pushed thru and this was fantastic!!! Great job to me!!!
I promised yesterday I wouldn’t miss a Friday or Saturday workout, crushed today, although I wasn’t sure what to expect so kinda dreaded it but once I finished it I’m nothing but sweaty smiles ready to roll into the weekend. Great job group proud of every single one of you who show up for this workout!
Love d today’s workout. I really liked ten 30” on 15” second rest. I actually seemed to work harder knowing I didn’t need to pace myself to make it 45”. Thankful for your Chanel. I live 35” away from the closest gym and your workouts give me a way to do things I normally wouldn’t do.
