I specially like the second outfit. Usually not fan of black trousers but they look ok here. However, for every fit they should have gone one or two sizes up. Steve can barely button the jackets and instead of making him look slim, they make him look uncomfortable. The smaller size also enhances Steve's improvable points. But I really enjoyed the interviewer style, vibe and direction of the chat.
