Im a small business owner, 40s, single no kids (hetero) and feel like an outcast because everybody where I live is familied. I love your kitchen. I eat the same egg whites, Bob Evans. I like pancakes or Belgian Waffles with Johnsonville Turkey Sausage Breakfast Patties. These turkey patties has less sodium. I have to watch my sodium intake due to having cardiovascular disease. No regular eggs for me because I have to watch my cholesterol levels as a 6 year heart attack survivor. Heart attacks is the number 1 killer of all cancers combined. 🙏
