Your video covered two of my four favorites. Apples for this zone are limited and hard to grow with the heat and humidity here but I might try a couple of the new large Crabapple varieties I’ve been seeing for vinegar making. Cheers!

What about figs? I’m in zone 9A and have some 1 years old trees I grew from cuttings. Is it safe to plant them now?

If you can’t find apples pick other fruit trees you like.
