Sir i have completed my graduation in 2018. Basically i was preparing for my msc entrance exams but failed. Now my planning to give cet will it be affected my placements. And how should i justify that. Please tell me.

Don't work in an NGO for a selfish want to fulfill a gap. Work at an NGO only if you want to be dedicated and do better for the society. To cover gap use certificates or interships.

Preparation is necessary since you have to face Summer internships almost as soon as you join JBIMS. if you are totally unprepared then you will not get good internships... also having an effect on your final placements.
BIMM pune is the only campus worth joining out of all the 4 campuses of balaji. It has good placements and one can expect to earn a package of 7 lacs+ per annum if performed well. BIMM is a jail where you have to work for 12 hours daily and also if your attendance is less then 90% you are not at all eligible to sit for the placements.
But after my graduation I've experience upto 2yrs as a production engineer,have done some internships as an equity research analyst also done few courses on finance, What kind of problems I'll face during an interview? Please help me sir

For now start working on your calculation and english. Pay attention to your profile building activities. Start legitimately studying when your final year starts.
