    Appreciate the video and the comparisons with the Beta Lior. I have an opportunity on a new '21 TXT250 GP that I think I may pull the trigger on based on your positive experiences.

    Thank you for your video.. GG should really do a fix for that exaust...it's just poor design and engineering... Otherwise the bike has been perfect ...it would be interesting to know how many hours you have ridden.

      I sold the bike to my friend last March 22 he probably ride ones or twice a month it still run good. On new Gasgas 23 they fix the EX tip it looks short.
      I have been riding Vertigo since March and I’m thinking it the best bike right now. Will make videos soon .
      Thanks

    Hey Lior! You mentioned that you changed multiple sets of tires in one year. How often do you change them?

    • @liorelbaz
      @liorelbaz  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It’s all depends on your riding skills and terrain or how often you write but normally for me 3 to 4 Tires a year on rear one or 2 on front

    is this too much bike for a beginner? I ride a KTM 300 XCW for enduro.

      The 250 is best for beginners the old 300 txt was snappy because the gearing but you will be fine on the newer ones because you’re already ride bike.

      As a 300cc Gasgas 1 year user I would recomend you to go for the 250cc. Is not easy to manage that power, the bike doesnt feel comfortable with that power, you will feel disattached. Another important point is that riding a 250 you will develop better technique, because it will be your body who will pull or push the bike in jumps etc. Not the overpower of a 300cc engine. I regret of buying the 300cc instead of the 250cc, but if you can, ask tonyour local dealer tontest both bikes and take your own opinion. Regards

      @@jorllima - did the wet mode not do enough for getting use to it - seems it would - and then there is the clutch weight - both seems like it would be more than enough - but anyway - ? -

    • @jorllima

      @@user-du7pe6pm7d Hello, as I have to ride on public roads with the motorcycle, I have the homologated set-up, so the wet system is always off and the cpu does not allow me to turn it on, so I cannot tell you if it is enough to manage all the power of the bike, anyway I talked to other riders who use the wet mode, and they told me that it helps you not to lose drag on the wheels due to excess gas, but there is still a lot of difference in power between 250 and 300. The conclusion of other riders more experienced than me (I only rode trials bikes for 3 years) is that if you don't have experience, you get tired and lose control easily. of the bike, since you have to be very precise with the clutch.
      About the clutch weight, I didn't know it was available for the txt, I know there are some weights for the flywheel, that helps in low rpm torque. This TXT model (2020) has 3 positions for the pre-tension of the clutch plates, in order to get a slower and softer response for newbies, or a faster and harder one for professionals, I tried all 3 and the difference. it's really subtle.
      My opinion is based on my experience, I had the opportunity to ride the same year model of a friend, who bought the 250cc, and it was at that moment that I regretted my purchase. If you can ask your local KTM - GasGas dealer for a test, that would be perfect, because you will get your own opinions based on how you feel with the bike.
      Regards

      @@jorllima - yep - wondered about the fly wheel weights - and wet mode helping -- they say they calm things down - on my Jeremy Magrath's rochet ship YZ250 I was not a good enough rider to be able to tell the difference with the fly wheel weights in - but that is another world - bike - I have the chance to buy a 300 cheaper than I can get a 250 for - so I was just wondering - so the 250 would be worth the difference in ergonomic value because of less power - makes my brain feel small -- ahahahaha - I was even thinking about paying them to put weights on before bringing it home because of my slackness in getting to it until after i would bust my ss on something - now im lost a bit - but thanks for the info - and i am in rural north carolina - no dealers within a 100 miles that know anything about them - having to drive 9 hours one way to purchase - if I do -

    how did you kick start your gasgas, having big problems with cold start

    • @liorelbaz
      @liorelbaz  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Your question not clear for me but ill try . Normally on a new bike or new owners they are having problem to start the bike until they know the bike .
      when you kick down your foot you must get the kickstart all the way up and give a good kick down mean no half kicks, must be from top to bottoms full kick. if this is not the answer you looking so just in case make sure you have clean carb, clean air filter and box, new spark plug.
