      @Troll Account the first comment was about in the NFL. Not Starbucks. The comment your responded to did not expand it beyond NFL. You responded to make it beyond NFL.
      But I’ll take a stab. At Starbucks to work there you just have be able to make the drinks, correctly with decent speed and be polite, work the register etc. If that takes 110% I guess that’s what it takes. If it’s takes 10% that’s fine too. You can’t manage a Starbucks or own one of be a customer at one if the level needed isn’t being met.
      In the NFL and many other things, if you’re not giving 110% you are a complete ass hole. The question is whether it’s a thing you can always aim to get better at and have it matter or not.

      If any one of the hundreds of people I know that work 60 hours a week had to give a speech about going to work and doing their job the world would be in flames. Thankfully the vast majority of everyday people dont need this speech especially making his kind of money. I know it's east to say "he plays a game and makes millions of dollars" but I know countless people that make less than 100k a year and get up every morning at 5 A.M. and work 10 to 12 hour days.

    Every year Bill O’Brien seems to be rebuilding. Just like the jags, that instead of signing good players for a second year, they trade them for draft picks.     Imagine getting paid millions and still need motivation to perform. Even if there are no fans in the stadium there are millions still watching. Do what you’re paid to do. If I was in their position I would need to be carted off the field after every game if someone paid me millions to play the game.

    I remember reading an article a few years ago about how most NFL players do not care about winning the same way that fans care about winning. These were great NFL players who were interviewed. Some of the guys put the percentage at 80%. I remember that changed the way I viewed professional football. The article basically said that today's players care more about the money than about winning. I think the college game is way more genuine. Also, as a side note, I see our entire society sliding away from performing their jobs properly.
