I've been building this deck the last few days, I really like your deck dude it really helped me! But i've been seen a lot of decks and surprisingly no one plays Library Of Leng, i think its a great card in this deck, and even more since i've learned that ashling draw/discard effect activates everytime you cast/copy something😂

My experience is that spellslinger without access to blue mana is hard at risk of running out of cards in hand really easily, so permenants that generate card advantage, even bad card advantage, are really premium in this deck. I like koth fire of resistance since that mountains can be rummaged away into real cards.

Harmonic Prodigy doesn't work all that well. Ashlings triggers have effects based on number of resolutons. So your first spell will get you two draw and discards and the 2 damage. Your second will get you two more and 4 red mana. But you won't ever get 8 red mana or 4 damage.
Akso be careful of storm. Ashling's rummage effect triggers on copy and is not optional, so if you make 50 copies of a spell, you're going to discard and draw 50 times before any copies of that spell resolve.

It'll still double your rummages which is nice! And yeah fair point about storming off, but we're not a full combo deck so hopefully should be ok

Does Ragavan make sense in this deck? if so what would you swap for the monkey?

I don't think he does much of value in the deck. The problem with Ragavan is he's terrible if you draw him after turn 3 or so. If you were going to include him you might consider removing a spell that we have multiple redundant copies of.
