The A-400 is nice looking bird. As a USAF vet. My loyalty rests with the C-130. Having rode on the C-130 4x.
I’ve been on a few in my past as well.
@Sotnek79 flew to Little Rock AFB and back to Kirtland AFB twice for Volant Scorpion.
That airplane taught me how to walk when I was 2 years old.

They are all taking off and climb at 20 Degrees, may be max 30 degrees. The videos at an angle makt it appear to be much steaper.
I’m confused. Isn’t this plane a turbo prop. The F-15 and F-16 use turbofan engines.
... geht in die "Senkrechte" ??? Das möchte ich mal bei solch einem Flugzeug erleben (!) Senkrecht ist 90 Grad nach oben, da sind wir hier aber noch sehr weit von weg... sonst hätten wir nämlich einen A-400M weniger. Gruß, Buddy Beeck, ehemaliger F-104G Pilot.
