In case for those who were wondering why Vic looks different in vice city it's because vice city came out before vice city stories and they haven't finalized his design until vice city stories came out so vic was just a random npc just like how Johnny and Luis were npcs in gta 4 before the episodes of library city came out
I was waiting for this playthrough to start! Vice City was the first GTA I've ever played, and I loved everything about it - from the story, through gameplay, and of course the atmosphere of the 80's Miami. That game still holds up to this very day. I am eagerly waiting for the next part!
The Forelli brothers all met their end in their restaurant in one way or another. 1. When Sonny decided to send Tommy to Vice City he was sitting in the bistro. He was eventually killed by Tommy. 2. Marco gets gunned down by CJ after trying to escape out back of the restaurant. 3. Mike was blown up in the parking lot.
6:12 Man, despite that R* already confirmed along time ago that the guy with the briefcases was definitely Vic, and not Pete (the sick brother with asma), I still finding very hard to believe that this is the same Vic Vance from VCS. And unlike Toni Cipriani, which they change his voice actor and turned him more skinny in LCS, Vic Vance looks absolutely unrecnognizable in general. Not only in his voice actor change, but also in his voice tone, his language, his attitude, his motivations and even in his walkstyle. I mean, do I really have to believe that this yonki guy with a problem with his leg, and with a very strong dominican accent, was the same badass ex-soldier who build a big criminal empire before Tommy, but with the most moral intentions that we played in VCS? At least Toni in GTA 3 is still the same brutal and cold blooded mob that he was in LCS.
I think he probably unfortunately got into drugs and that's why he's so different in almost every way, is really hard to be clean when your job is literally selling and distribute drugs to other drug lords, maybe one day somebody Obligated him to do drugs to see if he wasn't a cop or something like that and that's the way how it started. Also, there's is a little detail about the way Vic moves in Vice City, back in Vice City Stories you can see him walking and standing in a strange posture with his head and shoulders forward making him look fat, well that's the consecuence of having a bad posture
Rockstar, who made the game, literally confirmed it was Vic Vance. What do they have to gain by lying? Would be nice to know how he ended up that way. But, sadly we'll never know probably.
That looks like south beach honestly, I lived in Florida for several years as a child and also while the water looks blue at a distance that is not the case up close, great video!
Word of advice to anyone playing this game: Don't ever do pizza missions on 2x speed cheat. You will never make it, especially if you crash. I made 6+ attempts because i hated the tediousness. Then I did it on normal speed and made it first try.
@@tonyshum5569 I kinda figured it would be easier and more faster with double speed. but all it did was literally make me try to book it to the pizza place with a minute left... only to realize it was actually 30 seconds instead.
Oh man the nostalgia. This is literally my childhood 😭. The sweet memories when my mom let me play it only for 2 hours after school. While on the weekends she told me that the console was mine for the entire 2 days. I would use so many cheats and goof off not even playing the story. My younger sister then would argue with me and I used to fight with her over who gets to play it. My mom would smack me cause I was glued to the TV and even skipped weekend lunches. This game is so special to me. Sorry for such a huge comment tho.
Well, it never used to be Vic, he wasn't a concept back when this was made. The decision to make Vic also that guy, seems a bit strange, bit of a retcon there.
I feel like rockstar just wanted to end Vic arc by just killing him and making the excuse that it was him but they don’t even feel or sound like the same person if they were gonna kill them in VC like that they should’ve at least set his character throughout VCS Bc he feel like the same person from start to finish he was just a hypocrite lol
@@Jack.Martson Yeah it feels like a way to write him out retro actively. They didn't have to do it either, they could have just not written anything more for him. Rockstar could have just said he was out of the city by 1986, instead of planting him on an existing guy.
I feel like quite a bit of us that grew up with the grand theft auto franchise played them when we weren't supposed to, My first exposure to this series was back in 2001 when GTA3 came out and it absolutely blew my 10 year old mind the concept of open world sandbox games like these where foreign to me. In case for those who were wondering why Vic looks different in vice city it's because vice city came out before vice city stories and they haven't finalized his design until vice city stories came out so vic was just a random npc just like how Johnny and Luis were npcs in gta 4 before the episodes of library city came out
You Did Awesome With Those Tommy Outfits Bro! Love The Vids
I thought you were goated when you brought out the mercenaries …. Your just The goat Period Pimp . Keep going 🤜🏼🤛🏿
This is the best gta ever. I'm so happy your playing thought this game again. Thank you for everything you do man very appreciative
I already watch it once.
I don't care, i'm gonna watch it again. I LOVE VICE CITY.
And your playthrought.
I was waiting for this playthrough to start!
Vice City was the first GTA I've ever played, and I loved everything about it - from the story, through gameplay, and of course the atmosphere of the 80's Miami. That game still holds up to this very day.
I am eagerly waiting for the next part!
LET'S GO BACK TO 1986 ONE LAST TIME!! YOU ARE SO AWESOME! GOOD LUCK ON PLAYING THE GAME AGAIN ! 💙🙏🏽
And snort some coke :D
It's vic vance let it go already lol, many gta characters have made cameos and appeared in other games with different voice actors
Yah i agree the guy in the intro doesn't suit the known vic vance in vcs
Word of advice to anyone playing this game:
Don't ever do pizza missions on 2x speed cheat.
You will never make it, especially if you crash. I made 6+ attempts because i hated the tediousness.
Then I did it on normal speed and made it first try.
i didn't find it that tedious, it's always funny to hit a pedestrian in the face with a pizza
@@tonyshum5569 I kinda figured it would be easier and more faster with double speed. but all it did was literally make me try to book it to the pizza place with a minute left... only to realize it was actually 30 seconds instead.
I like the quote when Tommy said to the jury you know he’s not guilty and then they run 😂
Don't be sorry at all
Sweet glad you went and started a new playthrough of this game.
Without Scarface Vice city will never be made
Excited for this playthrough. My first game in the series was GTAIII. I had just graduated the year it released. ..I was hooked..
I played the absolute sht outta this game. Came out right before my teen years!
i still play it today i wish i had it in PC as a teen! i sucked at it with the ps2 sticks! my favourite game
Thanks for doing the series again, it's also my favorite.
@@Xegethra Fuck R*, I will always believe that was Pete which died. I can't accept Vic dying like that after how well written VCS was.
Wow that's amazing! From 200k subs only two years ago to nearly a million! Congratulations!
As far back as I can remember I allways wanted to be a gangster.
So you wanted a one way ticket to hell
I feel like quite a bit of us that grew up with the grand theft auto franchise played them when we weren't supposed to, My first exposure to this series was back in 2001 when GTA3 came out and it absolutely blew my 10 year old mind the concept of open world sandbox games like these where foreign to me. A somehow managed to convince my father to buy the GTA Double pack when it was released and nabbed this and gta 3 and made me the gta fan i am today. So i am with you on the nostalgia hits also great job on the shirt pro.
take all the time you need to make the LORE videos, they are very interesting and worth the wait.
You are the best GTA TH-camr and you are playing my favorite game of all time. Thank you!!! Keep it up.
I heard rumors that Scott Hill (Johnny Klebitz's VA) asked to kill his character because he didn't want to return to the role in future GTA games.
Pro is not going to be happy when he reads your comment.
@@somerandofromoregon he wrote "rumor" so it's not 100% sure if this is the truth
@@mrmegaknight9082 You’re right but sometimes rumors aren’t actually rumors. They can sometimes be true. Even if we don’t know for sure that Scott Hill told Rockstar to kill off Johnny, it can be questionable and upsetting.
3:53 song Broken Wings from Mr Mister
15:10 song Out of Touch from Hall and Oates
i hope he has the hockey mask
Also I'm wondering about one of two tracksuits that are unlockable under different circumstances...
YEAH THE SUIT IS JUST PERFECT! Man you’re creative!
Vic: loses his girlfriend, becomes a drug addict, Dies
Johnny: loses a big part of the lost mc chapter, comes back together with Ashley, moves to sandy shores, becomes a drug addict, Dies
But are you sure that vic becomes a drug addict?
Stop that nonsense, Vic and Johnny died differently
Original plot:
Vic lost his fight against Tommy becuz of Lance
Johhny mistreats Trevor till both started fighting over, ohh Ashley doesnt exist in GTA V, so the Lost biker club remains strong
@@AnthroGearhead dude what u said is totally wrong Tommy and Vic weren't against each other, secondly the girl who Trevor fkks in mr Philips is Ashley I know she doesn't look like
IT'S FINALLY HERE! Thanks, man. Much love and many thanks from me.
Me and my brother Completed the whole game also I remember doing all the side missions with candy and love fist but I sucked at the big shootout missions in the mansion
Whoooo. Almost at 1mill. Keep it up
Rip vic Vance, you will forever be missed .
Rip
Don't say RIP 🥺 he will respawn in the nearest hospital 🥺
@@themusicalrevival1901 he doesn't have that privilege in VC anymore.
@@gmiyadole ohh 🥺
I'm glad to see your playthrough return to where it started (for many people)!
You should replay Scarface with the webcam and costumes, would love to see your playthrough!
This is my favorite too! I remember watching somebody play and being shocked that the main character talked because I thought it was three. I can recite that opening sequence word for word!
