Look into lentils - they're very nutritious, versatile and super cheap. You'll find a million recipes and I often just come up with my own. Good luck - you can do it!

Пробиваю погружным блендером, оставляю на 5-10 минут набухнуть, если геркулес долгой варки, то лучше 10 минут. Выливаю сразу все тесто для на сковороду, оно хорошо распределяется. Жду, пока схватится первая сторона. Переворачиваю блин, кладу на половину начинку, закрываю второй половиной и чуть прогреваю, переворачивая на вторую сторону, чтобы схватился сыр. Любимые начинки: 1. Помидоры (по обьему достаточно двух маленьких или одного крупного черри, режу кружочками), тертый или нарезанный тонкими ломтиками или кубиками сыр (например, полутвердый или немного брынзы) по веточке уропа и петрушки, можно их порезать) или просто посыпать приправой с травами. По вкусу помидоры можно подсолить, если сыр не соленый. 2. Обрезки малосольной или остатки запеченной красной рыбы, немного сыра и зелени. Мне очень нравится.
I mean this as a compliment. My. Yaya was from Greece. She lived in the boonies. She had to walk into town to get water from the communal. Cooked on a hand made stove/oven. She was absolutely the best cook in the world. Some of way you cook reminds me of her.

This looks so good that I made it as soon as I finished watching it. I made the second one with spinach. I doubled the recipe and used a large pan and unfortunately it was very difficult for me to flip it over and then when I did the cheese, stuck to the bottom of my pan. Looking closely at her video I see she’s using a brand new nonstick pan. I guess if I ever want to make this again, I will make smaller ones in a new pan.

I like that you're making your own fresh oat flour for each one. It would mean better, fresher taste. One thing that always puzzles me though is how liquid the yogurt is in Europe. In the US the only ones I see that fluid are the bottled ones meant for drinking. Our regular yogurt is much thicker, especially the greek yogurt. I guess I'd use some drinking yogurt or thin regular with a little milk. Looks like I'll have to experiment.
It’s the difference between making your own and buying from the supermarket. Retail yoghurt has stabilizers added to prevent separation during shipment.

You can take the thick Youghurt and put a little water in it. Or try milk. Experiment for your taste. ❤️
