Great episode Lauryn. I wish I would have known some of these when I was a very, very young girl. It would have changed a lot of things in my life. But luckily I learned from my mistakes… the hard way!!! 🙌🙌🙌
Love this episode & think it’s also a great way to be more self aware. I also love the idea of a green flag video. I think positioning as being self aware would help ppl be more open minded and less on the defense. Could also give examples and show how moving forward one way would be a red flag and another way would be a green flag.
This is a great podcast with so much valuable content. I have learned so much from these videos and I am very grateful for it. Thank you guys for bringing us this amazing educational content for free. It's such a blessing. One thing that really is sad though, is the way this beautiful woman expresses herself. The language is so vulgar at times, so unelegant and immature - It's almost repulsive to the point where I want to discontinue listening. There is something to be said about an elegant woman that carries herself with poise, dignity and respectability. Someone who is so educated and successful should know better. A person's heart is revealed in the way they express themselves and that can be a red flag, in my opinion. I am so sorry to even have to say this. But I needed to get it off my chest. I hope this can be seen as contructive criticism.

I would like to add gossipers.
Know-it- alls.
Overly critical people (not in the good way)
I am loving your solo episodes…..great content. Also, that shirt looks so comfy….is it skims?
This is a really great episode!
Such a great episode! Has me really evaluating myself to see what my bread and green flags are, and how I can turn my red flags into green ones!
This podcast couldn't be better. I will start going on airplane mode to respect when hanging with BF, family, or friends. Thank you

Add to both red and green flags!
No one wants paragraphs or back to back texting nonstop 😮💨
Love this episode so much! Goodbye!

Green flags aren’t talked about enough. If you only focus on red flags that’s all you’ll see.
Red flag, really vulgar language. Chillll girl lol
Right lol. She is a red flag.
