I just want to say I’ve watched several videos on Estrella, your video hands down is the best! You covered everything & I loved that you covered even the cons! It shows your honesty! I currently live in Surprise, wanting to buy end of summer or falll of 24, I’ve been to Goodyear a little but never t Estrella Mountain personally but it’s so beautiful. I’ve been doing a lot of research and move from New York a few years ago again excellent job on the video.

Absolutely! I love that there are so many locations throughout the Valley to choose from.
Great video, do they plan on building apartments or rental homes?
There have been conversations about building apartments but I know there is some pushback. You can find single family homes for rent though.
