- Located in the backcountry of North Idaho, the Gold Creek Lodge is renowned for its intense offroad trial system. But this is the Best of the Best! The Packsaddle trail is know to be one of, if not the toughest single tracks in the Nation! Many Pro Enduro riders use this trail to prepare for large scale events around the country (maybe even the world)
Hope you enjoy!

Too much pressure in your tyres... low pressure = more grip... that goes for all of you 'off roaders'
I usually run 3 lbs pressure in my Rokon. I weigh 185-190 Plus gear max 235 lbs
I found that the most important thing in controlling the Rokon is the tire pressure. You want the tires to be soft enough to absorb all the rocks and you shouldn’t feel any washboard on hard pack if your tire pressure is correct … it looks like you’re bouncing down the trail. when you should be flowing over the trail with minimum bounce.
Just saying…
Great video…
ok master
I agree this boys needed to lower their tire pressure
Great to see the Rokon on top of that rock pile. That is where they shine...the tough stuff
Absolutely! My favorite machine I've ever owned! Haha and thanks for all the love!
The rokon looks so much cooler than the dirtbikes
You guys passed us on this trail! Couldn’t believe it. Was fuckin dead tired taking a break and all the sudden a rokon comes crawling up behind us. It was demoralizing but awesome at the same time lol
@elyhernandez7535 I remember! Haha stoked you found the video! You ready for round 2? 🤣
Trails like that are so much easier on a small bike Something you can throw around and keep both feet planted on the ground.
Amazing video!
Just bought a Rokon for Christmas. Don’t think I’ll be trying anything that crazy.
You guys have guts!!!
Loved seeing the possibilities.
Thanks
Way to go with the music editing buds. Spot on.
Great job guys. I like my TrailBazer
I think I may be too old. But I am still going to do my best to make it to the top of my Mountain out at our mines. I'm curious as to what the Chinese were spending so much time up there for. But I think donkey Trails won't be so severe. I'm kind of anxious. LOL
You got it! Slow and controlled os what the rokon is all about 🤘
I would love to try that with my mb 200 definitely want a Rokon thanks for the awesome video!
@childofgod5115 I think that'd be a rough climb! Haha and thank YOU for the support 🤘
Been to Packsaddle years ago surveying that area. Your Rokon content is the best
@aaronwilcox6417 It's an awesome and terrible trail! Haha and Thanks! I appreciate it! 🙏
ROCK-ON!!!!YEAH!
Even the Rokon has to be dragged up and over stuff. So in theory it not unstoppable.
@davidwrobel8089 yeah only the one time and that was mostly just a bad line choice lol
求 背景口哨音樂的曲名 What is the name of the background whistle music?
" We Whistle While We Wander" by Everet Z on Artlist.io
Sorry dude, video way to blurry, lost interest in first 2 minutes
Yeah it happens with the older gopro lol no worries though thanks for stopping by 🤘
Thank you so much for the channel and content! That climb was amazing too!
Thank you! 🤘
This is looks like a horse riding when the horse rides on the rider 😊
@heinricheugenvonhelmbrecht6905 that's about how it feels sometimes 🤣 but I really enjoy it!
My seat pivot bolt has been lost on the trail several times. Its a national fine thread. I need to use loctite. Great trail 12:17 ...where slow and steady shine. I call mine the "slow-kon". 2020 Ranger...its a bo e shaker!
What was your tire pressure?
@@davidwrobel8089 like 3-5 psi
Great effort. I didn't know there were trails down there, need to check them out next time I come down (from Canada). Subscribed.
Great video. Good to see a realistic comparison between the rokon and a dirt bike. I would be very interested in seeing a similar comparison between a rokon and a quad on some steep hills. Thanks for posting this.
Great video. Trail looks identical to what we have in Alberta, lots of damn mountain rock and spruce tree roots...even worse going going back downhill. Rokons are a workout.
Oh man! Downhill was way worse than going up! Haha
Ja gut gemacht viel Spaß mit dem Moped Grüße aus Deutschland
Thanks for the great content.
Great job, guys!
DIRTBIKE NOT DIRTHIKE 😃
"the nations toughest"? Not even the toughest in Idaho...... It is fun though, and Dave at gold creek does a great job. Happy Trails....
You know I thought it was to easy also, where do you think is the hardest, because I will make it look easy too!🤘
Still waiting on the trail system that's tougher 🤷♀️
Now you have to come back down
@johnkovitch550 the hardest part! Lol
@@ThrottleWorks Fo sho 😆
Just got mine after a very long time of wanting one. Can’t wait to give it a workout.
@@johnkovitch550 Nice! Bet it'll work you just as much! 🤣
@@ThrottleWorks Oh I bet, I really can’t wait I have 1k acres to prowl around on , cattle land and gonna use it for popping ground hogs for the guy. I’m try to figure out away to set it up and use the rokon for my tripod and just carry a folding chair , rifle mounted to the handle bars. No real mountains, so to speak gut plenty of every other terrain , I can’t wait.
@johnkovitch550 sounds like your going to have a great time with it! 🤘
That was awesome! Great content.
Thanks! I appreciate the support!!
Damn, these Rokons need some rear suspension, eh! 🇦🇺
No way! You've got plenty of suspension in your spinal discs! 🤣
@@ThrottleWorks I've thought of getting one for years, but I'm well over 50 and the thought of getting the shit shaken out of me is a little off putting, though I guess it depends on where you take them, eh. There's no dealers for em in Australia unfortunately 🇦🇺
@@Hipporider ubco 2x2 is popular in NZ/Oz
@@HipporiderI just bought my first one at 68 years old. I’ve been wanting one for twenty five years. I bought it privately but, I went to a dealer in Pa to test ride one to make sure I even liked them. While I was there the owner told me that 60%’of his buyers are over the age of 60. So Rock-on!! ROKON!
