Massachusetts [WiP] - The USN Secondary Monster

The second iteration of the Massachusetts, a South Dakota Class BB, is certainly a bucketload of fun to play. Greatly nerfed main guns, but greatly buffed secondaries combined with a fast reloading heal in return, makes this the best brawling BB in the US Navy.
