I kept in cement saacks and growbags.it grown very high on my Neem tree.now it started yellowing the leaves, I was wondering what happened, to whom I ask. Now I got the answer,it may be matured enough.

Yes, when the leaves turn in to yellow and become dry dark colour you can harvest it. Generally it is planted on April-May month duration.
