Heated exchanges between Sir Peter Openshaw & Sir Peter Caruana

As the temperatures rose throughout Gibraltar in the afternoon, reaching highs of 28 degrees Celsius, the temperatures also rose inside the Garrison library, both literally and figuratively.
During a line of questioning on meetings with the Attorney General, the Chairman, Sir Peter Openshaw, took Sir Peter Caruana to task on the length of his questions, something he had done several times throughout the day.
