New Entry/Exit system at the border as from November - but will it make things better or worse?

The Chief Minister says our experience at the frontier is going to change as from November, hopefully for the better... but potentially for the worse.
As a Schengen state, Spain is planning changes which Fabian Picardo believes are likely to come before an EU Treaty is agreed and implemented.
The first change will be a new Schengen Entry/Exit system will see new infrastructure at the frontier - infrastructure which Gibraltar intends to mirror.

Merely highlights the real need to get a pragmatic treaty deal over the line that safeguards residents rights on both sides of the border and general economic well-being for both La linea and Gibraltar.
