In the hands of casuals, a toon deck is basically good. It's like Eddy Gordo. Like Leslie here, with better understanding and combo she can wipe the field.
On the 3rd duel why did Lesley select the low level toons when activating “toon page-slip” ? If she can randomly summon 1/3 monsters why not select the high level toons ? Jw or was that a miss play from her side ?

There's a reason Pegasus kept the toon monsters for himself, they are broken in most non-meta duels.

in the second duel BLS SoC would have been the right summon. Toon Kingdom protects against destruction but NOT banishment
