    Thank you. I have A.S. and Psoriatic arthritis. Doctors had me go on disability at only 32. Now 48. I have some good days and more bad. As when you have good days and have kids. I way over do it for them. Last 3 days I could not move, ton of pain and taking strong muscle relaxers and pain meds. All just lowering pain just to point you are no longer wishing for death. I did basic stuff Doctors have said over years but only show with a picture. I used hang upside-down thing and little help. I gave inand looked on here. I picked a medium 15min video cause not fast and I could not keep up, not long to point I give up and not do. Your video was great. Slow to point I can do with it. I hurt like hell but not from doing this but as I did it, I could feel pain level really drop. You also keeping on with breathing and reminding to. It was great. There was a couple times after the deep breath, it felt as if you exhaled out, a lot of what was giving pain. I went from hard to walk or stand and in pain just sitting. Now after 15min it is not hurting just to breathe and can move. Pain is better. I will keep this up and see how much better it gets with doing everyday. Thank you.

    This is amazing, so nice for me who has A.S.! Not much material out there for stretches, but this is a well curated and professionally done video. I’d love to see more 10 to 15 minute morning routines. I’d even pay for them! thanks for sharing your practice with TH-cam, it means a lot!

    Great video. Currently struggling with painful frozen shoulder (right), still recovering from left side (not painful, but still limited mobility.) Would like a video incorporating shoulder mobility. All of this due to AS 😔
