    Good to see someone do proper prep. My equipment may not be the same as yours and our coatings styles might be different but the effort and attention to detail is the same. Nice job.

    I've been watching a bunch of these videos to see if there is a way to get out of grinding. 😆

    Thank you for the great video! Do you have an opinion of Roll on Rock epoxy systems? I plan to DIY it and wonder if it's a good product. Thank you for any advice.

    How do you guys remove the dust left over from grinding? I know you want to get as much as possible off before putting down the first coat.

    Hi ,I'm sorry about your back and knees , buy 270 HTC EG.

      We do much larger commercial industrial work and the 270 would simply be too small for what we do. We run two HTC 800's on larger projects

    Any issues resurfacing a garage floor that is elevated meaning there is a garage under the garage? What is the best way for DIY to do the prep to remove prior epoxy floor system that was acid etched? Because this is a garage floor with open space below there is a floor drain.

    What are your thoughts on a shot blaster instead of the grinder you used to prep the concrete?

    • @ConcreteFloorSolutions
      @ConcreteFloorSolutions  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Shot blasters work fantastic, but they can leave patterns in the floor that can be detected through a coating. We have two shotblasters and typically only use those on broadcast floors that are 1/8 inch thick so you can't see the patterns. We also use the shotblasters a lot to clean joints out and then grind over it after we fill the joints.
