It was sent to US Adult Contemporary radios as a single so she can submit it to the grammy's this year. A song need to be released before you can submit it to the grammy's, that's why she made it a Radio only Single. But hopefully we'll have a worldwide release.

But I remember that she was telling she’s gonna work hard and come up with better albums (but Reputation is one of my favourite albums though). Yeah, look at her now with her 6 Grammy nominations. Look at Reputation and Folklore, they both are different and distinctive. Only a true artist would do that. If she want charts, I am sure she can make many hits as in 1989. the thing i love about "exile" is that you can listen to either one of their voices in isolation and hear an entire story, and then you listen to their voices together and hear something entirely new.

Not saying she was bad at singing but her voice is so soft and smooth in this album. She honestly proves that hitting highnotes isn't always what's needed to show your vocal capability.
Honestly, the progression of both Taylor and Justin Vernon as vocalists is an attribute that consistently impresses me. Vernon has often leaned on vocal manipulation and layering, but if you go back to his earliest work and compare it to his most recent releases, you hear how strong and confident he has become in that regard. Seeing Bon Iver live in 2019 I was honestly floored by the command he has over his voice.
