Train your disconnection is a training course that brought together 21 youth workers to practice and create activities that support young people in building healthier relationships with technology 💻 and the internet 🌐.

The project was implemented in Bergolo, Italy 🇮🇹, from the 3rd till the 11th of June 2019, it involved 21 youth workers and it was coordinated by Associazione Vagamondo, with the support and the involvement of 9 European organizations: Asociacion Dinamica Projection, Zig Zag prin Romania, ESN Kolding, Solidarity Mission, re:view, Synergy Bulgaria, ReCreativity, Abroadship.org and Synergy LT
The project was developed mainly through non-formal education methods and was co-funded by the Erasmus+ program through Agenzia Nazionale Giovani - ANG
This video is free of copyrights 🆓, you can share it and use it: it aims to be a tool for youth centers, organizations and by public bodies to communicate to youth workers what they can experience, create and what they can get out of participating in a training course. It also aims to promote a more conscious and healthy use of technology
