Thank you for this tutorial! I’ve been doing gua sha for the last two weeks and have been getting some really nice results with it releasing jaw tension and moving fluid out of my face for a nice depuffing effect. Your voice is so soothing too.

Your voice is so relaxing. Is gua sha helpful for nasolabial folds & marionette lines if done 3-4 x a WK? I'm trying to find something easier to use other than a microcurrent device, which I find to be expensive & time consuming. Thank you :)

As always, consistency will give you best longer-lasting results so if you can do 3-4x a week great. If you can do once a day, even better! I found microcurrent a bit sensitizing on my skin so I prefer a daily lifting facial massage with hands or tools (gua sha or cupping) xoxo :)

Will it effect my skin if my gua sha has a tiny scratch ? It doesn't feel while messaging but can be felt while touching with finger. It was its manufacturing defect.

Hi Sinyoung! I just found your channel and I love it. As someone who has both a guasha tool and suction cups, I would like to know what you would recommend. Would you do one every other day, both each day, or another variation?

You can do both in one day or alternate as works for you. The most important thing is consistency so whatever helps you be consistent, stick to that. As you see results, it will motivate you to continue xoxo :)
can you use a gun Sha with acne? lovely video btw!

Yes, you can as long as you are very gentle with areas where you have active acne. Please make sure your tool is clean before and after your massage. As always, the most important thing is to listen to your skin. Hope this helps & take care! xoxo :)
