So I ordered a jade roller and gua sha tool, and using them along your video has been very helpful! There is so much tension in my facial muscles. This really works if you do it enough as a routine with serum it sculpts and lifts the face by working the facial muscles it plumps the muscles. I use it in my facial treatments on my clients they love it! And feels great too! Great for headaches and sinus issues as well it creates good lymphatic drainage on the face.
