So, so very happy that you guys are in a position to finally label yourselves "Living the dream". I think we all struggle to attain that status. Congratulations, all of your hard work, planning, smart decisions, and technical abilities have all come together to find you both in a bit of utopia. I enjoy your channel, thanks for sharing.
Lovely sail there you two , after sailing around Greece for many years ( still at it ) I learnt to use sunblock on my face after having a BCC removed 3 times .Please cover your noses up , factor 50 every day . Sail on fellow cat sailors x
Love the parting shot of the bay. Reminds me of Wondering Where the Lions Are-- Bruce Cockburn Freighters on the nod on the surface of the bay One of these days we're going to sail away, going to sail into eternity some kind of ecstasy got a hold on me
I can really recommend buying or making a second bridle just for use on moorings. I have a big caribiner on it which makes it very easy to clip onto the mooring pennant.
Kalymnos is lovely, we spent two separate days there with 2 yachts in September. Had fun on the second stay with limited free moorings as we had one yacht on the red ones and one on the white ones. The owners of both restaurants then had a great discussion on which restaurant we should go to that night.
A good day's sail, with no major problems. Dodged that bullet. Surprised at the lack of conviviality among the buoys. See you next week. Un abbraccio forte a due!
Your comment on sailing on the cat in breeze "you cant even tell" is the big problem when going from monohull to cat sailing: its very difficult to feel when a cat is overpowered, with the consequences of overdoing it SO much worse than a monohull. Its best to pay very close attention to both true and apparent wind and set alarms, especially with true wind angles from 80⁰-110⁰ where I am always extremely wary...
Hi guys, i can see why the harbour guy made you put your own lines on the mooring bouy.. To me it looks like you simply passed your lines through whatever the bouy had for an eye. If i have that wrong appologies. But that is not a great way to hang off a bouy. One night in a big storm in Alderney a boat not far from me ended up on the rocks because they tied up to a bouy just like that...crew died. My boat is a cat slightly smaller than yours but similar configuration. My bridle is 2 lines with very heavy duty stainless snap shackles plus a central line with another very large snap shackle over my bow roller. Alternatively anchor hitches or even a simple round turn will avoid the chafe on your lines.
I understand how many there are of you sailors there are in the GI's, have you and Holly Blue been in contact yet? I think they would be a terrific info source for you. ❤❤❤❤
Fabric conditioner on your Turkish towel and keep washing, eventually they’ll become the best towels you will have. Unless of course they’re the cheap knock off version. Don’t you just love lazy days chillaxing creating jobs to fill in your time. 👍😎👍

Novocain for the soul. Very apt, Nick!
The very last shot of the boats all bobbing on their moorings is super cute! Great time lapse!
That looked like a great sail.
Five Rizla papers left. Terrible habit. Fantastic album.
"I met my girl by the gasworks wall" Fascinating timelapse at the end, seeing the movement of the boats.
I thought you and Nick would be taking that kitty out to sea with you when you left (LOL). She sure loved Nick!
Love the blue water
Nice harmonica music, bless you guys having fun and so beautiful water's, good sailing and good times.
Thanks for the ride.

This was so chillaxing. TY.
Thankyou 👍
What a lovely bay you've found! The episode was beautiful. So glad to hear and see the calmness in both of you. You deserve a peaceful time.
Kalymnos like such a beautiful anchorage!
Good choice, making your outtro a b-roll with titles.
Nuce sail, good weather, good company always works.
Great video
Flying over the islands wishing you could explore them, and now you are. As Yoda would say, " Never gave up their dream these two did."
Yellow is now my favorite color. Definitely keeping it under wraps 😂
Always enjoy your video's. Just going about the day, sharing the normal life at sea. Thanks for sharing.
Terysa looking 🔥. Good work 😁😁👌👌.
Wow man. Nice shot at the end.
Love the parting shot of the bay. Reminds me of Wondering Where the Lions Are-- Bruce Cockburn
Freighters on the nod on the surface of the bay
One of these days we're going to sail away,
going to sail into eternity
some kind of ecstasy got a hold on me
Haven't seen Tereysa in a two piece for a while; Is that the famous Aussie 'postman's tan'?
Great content, editing and music as always! Yellow is definitely a nice color for you Terysa!

12.8 knots. You have a real greyhound.
What a glorious spot... It was almost a Tom Cruise moment with Nick on the mop...
A good day's sail, with no major problems.
Dodged that bullet.
Surprised at the lack of conviviality among the buoys.
See you next week.
Un abbraccio forte a due!
😀😀😀👍👍👍❤❤❤ Clean and blue water, nice!
Hey guys look into using a preventer....it will save your rig one day....cheers
I love a Turkish towel. Agree with Terysa, you probably just need to wash it a few times.
soak the towels over night in fresh water and then leave to dry then they work great :)
Nick Drakes Five Leaves Left - number of rolling papers left in his Rizla packet while he was songwriting
Off to check out this weeks......... nick recommends 👍

Wow no drama anchorage 🤗
Hey, Mr. Nick, got that mop bucket too. How do you like it? Thanks to “the Admiral” for another lovely video. It truly is appreciated.
Taking a day off? Now that’s funny. 😎😎😎
We had our honeymoon on Symi. Lovely island.
Has the staining on your boat gone away ?
Ever thought of trying wing foiling or kiting ? some of those places look ideal to have lots of fun :)

Isn't it called wing on wing? (or Sail on Sail)
Watching other boaters was always a good time at the boat ramp. Which judge gives the lowest scores to the contestants? you or Nick?

It’s ground hog day again
would you guys ever go back to a mono-hull or are you now both die-hard cat owners?
bon vent

🙏🙏🙏🤛👍🦅😎🇺🇸
Tell me you get the same thrill sailing a cat as you did a monohull? I sure don’t.
A nice long one today...thanks guys. It is these longer video we all enjoy!
What do you 2 do for money? Are you retired?
Not enough of Nick in this episode 😢
ALWAYS wonderful to hang out with you two....I thought for a second Terysa jumped in the water in the BUFF😂😂 have a Great one
This channel now sux
State you case...Why?
I don’t want to encourage nick but “the ADMIRAL” 🫡 makes me laugh almost every time especially when it redacted. Looks like it was a great sail.
