So glad Russell is out of the "celebrity" world and culture, he is so much more intelligent than that world and have so much to offer.

This is from the cookie thief poem from Valie Cox. Jay shetty should give her credit . Jay is a cookie theive himself as he didn't even mention where he has got the idea from without giving all the rights that are reserved for the author of this poem which is Valerie Cox.

Russell Brand has an amazing vocabulary and verbal fluency. I do envy that.

After I took acid I was thinking constantly while my mind felt really open and one of the things I realized was that love and understanding and peace are one in the same and that if you knew a persons entire story, if you knew every detail of their inner and outer life either with a person or the world communities at large their would never be any way to be angry, jealous or resentful. If you had a complete understanding of any given person or event, only complete love would be left. Therefor these negative emotions are a direct result of a lack of understanding

Jay Shetty has confirmed my perspective/perception of life. It is about time that we have amalgamated education, self-awareness and scientific reasoning to our life journey. I can completely resonate with his life experiences and thank the lord we have this spectacular man voicing his knowledge. Thank you for the broadcast.

I am so happy that Russell Brand doesn't allow advertisements on his videos! :D I can't tell you how relieved I am by this.

Absolutely loved the Gandhi quote and his explanation about how vocabulary plays a role in how we experience our own emotions. Jay is a good speaker, very clear and easy to follow.

When Russell refills his water "thank you so much" "bless you" both under their breath and it happens so fast but it's such a beautiful moment

I just loved this so much and Russell seems to be in such a special peaceful state I can't even describe. There is a sense of wellbeing and calmness about him. Whatever you are doing Rusell on yourself in terms of spirituality -it is highly contagious. Thank's for inspiring and sharing<3 Love from New Zealand.

Whenever I'm out for a walk these days if the dogs decide to roam and trek off the beaten track I just go with the flow and follow on. I swear the dogs look at us with an excited and happy/playful expression! Now Iv started foraging and appreciating the nature and wildlife around me, including the various changes in season. Love, appreciation, respect and content

I really enjoyed this conversation. Loved the act of looking at each activity tapping into the energy to see if it is a seed vs a weed. blessings.

I love that cookie story but I had heard of it before.. It was a poem called the cookie thief. I don't think Jay Shetty just made it up. I do remember it well because it had made me cry. This story is from the book 'chicken soup for the soul'. It's still a great video but he could of cited the author Valerie Cox
