I absolutely love your channel! I’m a single dad, and sometimes after being at the office for 10-11 hours, I come home exhausted. Same here, but I'm a single mom not dad lol.. my 15 year old son loves watching and cooking her stuff as well. She does such a good job helping me teach my son how to cook and makes it simple for him so when I'm working late, I don't worry too much about him being in the kitchen. He cooks for us and his 9 year old brother about 3-4 times a week bc I work all the time. Hope y'all have a great Christmas!!

Hi Julia - Even though I've been cooking since way before you were born, I find so much inspiration watching your videos. Simple yet filled with flavor. My boyfriend HATES to cook because his mom always made it so complicated and messy. I'm hoping I can get him to watch some of your videos so he can see that good-tasting food can be quick and easy.

Hi Julia! My family loves taquitos. We like the corn tortillas more than the flour ones. And recently I learned of a recipe for when you want something like a home cooked meal but want it to be super duper easy. Take frozen taquitos (I buy the large box of fifty six, Delimex brand) line them in a baking dish. Now pour over them a large can of enchilada sauce, red or green, whichever is your preference, top with shredded Mexican style cheese. Bake in the oven at 350 until heated through and cheese is melted. Around thirty minutes or so, maybe a bit longer depending on your oven and how many you put inyour pan.
This makes for a great quick “home cooked” meal but really fast and easy. Clean up is a breeze as well. In fact since I’ve been watching your channel, I buy one of those big bottles of taco seasoning and ranch dressing seasonings. Figured might as well, I’m gonna use em up!
