How to Merge Accounts in the Chart of Accounts in Zoho Books

thanks for the tutorial, very clear and well done. I'm having an issue where when i go to bulk update any specific account i have no transactions to select and it wont let me click Update. 2:00 all of my accounts have no expenses.

mine doesn't have the bulk update link, same message but no link
