This is the best tour of the Sapphire Hotel that I have seen. You focus more on the fun, visual parts compared to others who spend waaay too much time showing you the bathroom, hair drier and coffee pot. I mean, I want to know these things, but I don't want to hear a 3 minute mojologue about a microwave. So, thank you for a job well-done.
I stayed at the Aventura but fun fact about the Water Taxi and the shuttle bus, they are available for everyone and if you are staying close-by and don't want to or can't drive you can save money on uber/lyft. Most people making videos on these resorts really undersell or don't talk about this benefit. I could have saved a of money if I knew this before staying at a non-Universal resort.
