I could have sharpened 3 knives with my 3 stones while he was going to all that trouble .I have sharpened many knives in my life . Why would u go to all that trouble when u can buy a hard stone for about 40 bucks that will last a life time. The sandpaper will not last very long. This will not make a knife razor sharp. Without oil it will fill the sandpaper with metal filing from the knife and defeat ur purpose. 17 degrese is the proper angle to sharpen a knife. This is really stupid.
