    Best guitar solo ever In my opinion. Mick Mars is so badass but so underrated its sad

      Yep, Mick is the Man!

    • @user-fu8gq5xg5u1
      @user-fu8gq5xg5u1 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Fuck, under every guitarist it says they're underrated. How can this be if he has been listened to and respected for 30 years all over the world, and his songs are performed by millions of people?
      What need to do? Maybe put a golden statue or make sacrifices?

    • @34333433f

      @@user-fu8gq5xg5u1 Underrated comment my man 😛

    • @yobunga
      @yobunga ปีที่แล้ว

      @@user-fu8gq5xg5u1 I assume that people often skip Mick when talking about the best guitarists. Personally I rarely see anyone putting Mick in their top 5’s of guitarists etc, so that may be the case of all of his fans saying his underrated. The man is incredible tho

    • @user-fu8gq5xg5u1
      @user-fu8gq5xg5u1 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@yobunga What kind of top guitarists can there be? These are different people. What do they compete in, how are they selected? Someone likes Mick, someone likes Paige, someone likes Slash, and someone likes Hendrix. How can they even be compared to each other. These are different people, different bands, different times and different tastes of listeners.
      I think that TOP is idiocy and nothing more. In any matter. You like red, I like blue, your wife likes green, and mom likes yellow. How to put together a top? Invite more supporters of your color?
      I can only compare young Mick and old Mick. And I see that in 40 years he has grown as a guitarist and musician. Top is for idiots

      Thank you! That’s a great compliment! Mick has such a great bluesy touch that is often overlooked. I think that is one of the things that separates him from a lot of the other 80s players. Thanks again and take care!

      Hi Mike, glad you like it. You can download it to your Spark from the ToneCloud. It’s called “KP - For The Love Of God”. Pretty much the same sound that I used for that one with a little less chorus. Treadplate with Comp, Tube Drive, Digital Chorus, Digital Delay and Classic Plate Reverb.

      @@kevinpotts4885 All good! G-A-B in the chorus is easier than G#-Bb-C anyway (if you use standard tuning to match Mick's tone instead of 1-step down). Ha. Again, great job on the feel of this solo.

    • @kevinpotts4885
      @kevinpotts4885  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@jakeferderer631 yep, that’s for sure. Actually now that I think about it, I believe we play it live a full step down from 440. I normally keep my guitar tuned down a half step for our shows and I think I am using a pitch shifter in my PodGo to drop it another half step. Thanks again for the compliments! Mick is the man!!
