Why do you use two servers? Isn't one enough?
I like those broadcaster that don't leave anything to the viewer's guesting. So, it is important to explain everything mentioned in detail. My question is that why did you choose 3389 as your local port? You didn't explain it!!! Under which circumstance I should use TCP rule? Not explained in this video as well!
3389 is the standard port for Remote Desktop. TCP is the transmission Protocol that RDP uses. Look up commonly used ports and the difference between TCP and UDP.
