Not sure if you've figured out how to do this or not, but I'm just going to comment in case it helps someone else. You simply cannot join a domain unless you have connection with a Domain Controller. The way most organizations get around this is by setting up a VPN service. Setting this up is something that would probably require a video entirely on its own. There are a ton of videos that explain it and there are a million ways to do it, but ultimately you need to have some networking knowledge to pull it off effectively. The VPN server should be in a network that can communicate with the Domain Controller. This allows the user's computer to join the domain and also to authenticate in future log ins. This second part is a little tricky though, as most VPN connections run under a user session. You could use a local user to connect to the VPN and then sign in to the AD. Luckily, once you join the domain and log in once with an AD user, the credentials are stored in a local cache.
First of all plz dnt use such heavy names for DC's that is a big confusion when understanding it shld be simple second u have installed a server then you install ed a role adds and then you promoted the server to be a DC after that on this only DC you installed and config rodc and made this server a rodc But if in case there is a root DC and you want to add this Rodc to that root DC what will be the steps just to change IP setting and rest the same way

I have a question... Suppose if my primary dc is offline.. then can rodc authenticate user logon requests??
Not for all but for those whose passwords are cached on RODC.

too many steps were missing, dont follow this 10min video, theres a 15min video that has additional steps and works better.
