- In this video I take you through my instrument tray for routine cataract surgery. As you can see in this picture, there are just a few instruments. The speculum, fixation ring, capsulorhexis forceps, and multi-tool chopper are my design (more info at CataractCoach.com )

Great. Glad you found it useful.
Hello,
I’m an ophthalmic scrub nurse, I just wanted to know the usage policy for rycroft cannulas (visco elastic cannulas) can you interchange the same cannula? For example use it to administer lidocaine and then use the same cannula to administer visco elastic? Or must a new cannula be used for every substance entering the eye?
I've seen the cannula flushed and used for a different fluid or visco for instance.
Thank you very much for this video Doc!
Thank u very informative for a beginner surgeon
Hello can I get your contact number?
Dr. Devgan; can your multi tool/chopper also work for left handed Phaco chopping surgeons?
Yes, I can do the entire case left handed with these same instruments:

Shoulnt eye drops be on a non sterile surface? Or is it sterile itself, the bottles.
The entire bottle is sterile and single use.
Sir whats the instrument wipe made up of?
Dr. Devgan, why do you prefer 2.75 mm over 2.2 keratome? Do you use it in your routine practice?

Can I buy the chopper that you designed?
hands are more important than instruments. here are my instruments:
