    I love a small portion of Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey. Sometimes I’ll make it into a ‘cheesecake’ by crumbling a digestive biscuit into a small glass, spooning the yoghurt on top and then adding a chopped strawberry. Feels indulgent yet still pretty healthy/high protein.

    You are so good at weaning! My little one (8 months old) just gags and cries. And however much effort I put into the meal, it's like she knows and she eats even less of it! Keep up the good work Grey.

      I understand, and I'm trying to work on how to change that. I always try to make sure the videos I feature them in are varied enough that you can enjoy the rest of the video, even if the small Hello Fresh segment isn't of interest.

      That’s true that it’s only a small segment but it feels repetitive to watch you make hello fresh meals many times . Since it’s the same info every time . Totally upto you though since you’ll use them so much /partner and will keep an eye out for when you include new content 😊

    I’ve tried hello fresh and I love them! Great video! Sweet baby is growing so much. Time goes by fast. My girls are 12 and 7. I miss that stage. So sweet. Babies love routine. When my girls were babies they loved avocado and mango. They also loved raspberries and carrots. The green top looks fabulous on you. Sending you all much happiness and positivity. 😁👍🏻❤️

    Oh and anything protein related is satisfying to eat at night. It can be greek yogurt with a bit of honey, or buy some good chocolate protein powder, mix it with a bit of water (to turn it into a paste), blast it for 30 secs in the microwave and you got a "mousse"! Delicious and filling.

    I eat green apple slices with either almond or peanut butter as a snack. It’s got some sweetness but it’s also really satiating because of the fat and protein in the nut butter :)

    Great video! Baby Grey is adorable. Love how she’s learning and enjoying picking up and holding food on her own. So cute. My boyfriend and I use Hello Fresh here in the states because I ran into a rut using my own same recipes. We rarely go out for dinner or get takeout. It’s been awesome not having to worry about dinner a couple nights a week. Love it!

    For a post-dinner evening snack, I love grapes! If I'm really hungry in the evening i'll have some almonds or mixed nuts with them. (apparently nuts help digest the natural sugar in fruits - but it's filling, yummy and healthy :) )

    Can someone explain what's so appealing about Hello Fresh? I don't mean to be mean and I guess it can be convienent for a new mum/dad with little time on their hands, but other than that what's so hard about getting groceries and looking up recipes? It just seems so unnecessary to me in several ways.... (waste, for instance, though I'm far from perfect in that regard, of course).

    • @surlespasdondine
      @surlespasdondine 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      TheLeaveTaking i do see the appeal if not having to go buy all the ingredients...

    • @alicelouisable
      @alicelouisable 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      TheLeaveTaking It’s a really great option for people who struggle to understand their own nutritional needs and also because the foods come with specific portions already measured out it does cut down on food waste.
      I think it’s a good way to start out with food planning and from there you could actually use the recipe cards to plan your own 🙂

      Mrs Kaur no guarantees it would go differently. My first kiddo just turned 5, she did baby led weaning and ate anything, people were always commenting on her wonderful appetite and varied palate. Then at about 2 she became terribly picky and at 5 she only had about 3 meals she will consistently eat and even getting her to try 1 bite of something new is a rarely-won battle. On the other hand her best friend also did baby-led weaning and will eat absolutely anything.

    We have been back and forth for ages about hello fresh and still not sure. If you do join it can you stop at any time? We have a 9 year old too so are the meals suitable for her? I loved the food you prepped for your daughter too, I batch cooked too and it made life so much easier.x

      If my opinion helps, I have a 10 and 12 year old and they enjoy the meals. Ive been doing it for 2 years now, skipping weeks when needed and its been very no fuss. I love it!

      Xanthelou thanks so much. I think we’ll maybe start it next month and see how we go.
