This looks identical to my DPR-99 Plus but it's an FM/RDS & DAB+. I love it for casual listening in my bedroom as I get more DAB channels than AM and FM combined. I have 4 other Sangeans all different specs. Great little radio's. I also have the Tecsun 330, 600 and 660. That's about 992 less radio's than you!😂👍🤠🇦🇺

I have the White Sangean Pr-d7 model and I can only use it with batteries. The radio fell off the table with the adapter plugged in and when I tried to turn it on it won't work with the adapter only batteries. Is there a way to fix it so the adapter works on this radio? Can I just buy another adapter for this radio? I can use it with batteries for now but they don't last very long! I basically just use it for listening to the Tiger Games.

You probably know this but in case you don’t. Alkaline batteries tend to leak. If you need primary cells try using lithium. I never had those leak. Also secondary cells nimh are safe to use and today they hold their charge, Panasonic Ennelope are my favourite. Duracell works decent as well.
Hey Todderbert? Have you ever listened to a shortwave radio show on 7.490 khz on Sunday afternoons called Marion's Attic? They play old old phonographic records and music from the 1800s 1900s 1910s 1920s and so on. That's way before out time! Lol

I am asking as I'm basically looking for the Smallest Sangean with best FM reception and not sure with what size to choose, thanks!!!
@@ofir5000 Depends on needs, the little radios are good, like the Sangean SR-35, anything smaller and you are relying on the headphone wire as your antenna.

Most are good. The newest models are fantastic. The PR-D12 is one of the best, along with the D19.
