I read somewhere that long standing single people are chosen by God to be single in order for us to learn that we don't need anyone other than God! I'm 59 and I've been there and marriage does not work if your spouse does not have a strong faith in God. I was raised in church all my life and I'm single and have been for awhile because I'm not going to let anyone take God away from me either... I married for the first time at age 52. No regrets. Our marriage only lasted 17 years because my husband died of sepsis. I am so grateful we were both single when we met, that we shared our love for Jesus, and that God was the 3rd person in our relationship. Every choice I made in cooperation with the Divine will brought me closer to the joy, companionship and delicious intimacy I experienced with my husband. He died 1 1/2 years ago and I have sensed him with me every day. His body died, bit his love is very much alive! His presence with me is the fulfillment of Jesus' promise of everlasting life. I sense Jesus with him as well. He has a deep and loving and fun friendship with Jesus and me together. I pray the same for Jonathan.

Keep praying Jonathan GOD knows the best person for you. I didn't marry until I was fifty and my husband was 60. I prayed and listened to the FATHER. THE FATHER told me a lot of things and my husband and I are two sides of the same coin. We got married right at the beginning of COVID in 2020.
I have so much respect for this man. I heard him say at one time that he was broke, hungry, and lonely and needed to pay rent and was depending on God to help. When he returned home he found (l think he said 2) checks that he had just about gave up on ever receiving. Shortly after that he was told about “The Chosen “. Honestly I'm 44 and I've been waiting for God to make a way for me and bring a wife into my life. Still waiting, don't be so picky or wait for the right one.... marriage is a challenge and work pick whoever you can and you can make it work. My grandfather was atheist and grandma catholic just a random pick that lasted till death. Very happily too.

I'm proud of Jonathan for putting his faith first... After all, this life is short lived and temporary which makes the desire to go to Heaven more important than to find someone.... I'm 59 and I've been there and marriage does not work if your spouse does not have a strong faith in God. I was raised in church all my life and I'm single and have been for awhile because I'm not going to let anyone take God away from me either... I too and waiting for someone who will pray with me because I firmly believe that a couple or a family that prays together, stays together!!! Never settle for anything less than you deserve and who God does not approve of!! 😇✝️❤️

I take issue with the title of this video - Jonathan doesn't BLAME the Chosen for his singlehood. Rather, I think he CREDITS the Chosen for it!
This man’s spiritual journey is impacting so many people globally. The chosen has had a profound effect on him at a soul level and his deep faith is his walking. Finding another at that level of faith without the baggage and ego of everyday life could take some time. May he find his perfect partner in faith, at the right time. ❤🙏

I totally understand what you are going through. I want to be with God in my life I started my studying. But stopped I fell in love with someone and want to share a Christian life. I married for the first time at age 52. No regrets. Our marriage only lasted 17 years because my husband died of sepsis. I am so grateful we were both single when we met, that we shared our love for Jesus, and that God was the 3rd person in our relationship. Every choice I made in cooperation with the Divine will brought me closer to the joy, companionship and delicious intimacy I experienced with my husband. He died 1 1/2 years ago and I have sensed him with me every day. His body died, bit his love is very much alive! His presence with me is the fulfillment of Jesus' promise of everlasting life. I sense Jesus with him as well. He has a deep and loving and fun friendship with Jesus and me together. I pray the same for Jonathan.

Keep praying Jonathan GOD knows the best person for you. I didn't marry until I was fifty and my husband was 60. I prayed and listened to the FATHER. THE FATHER told me a lot of things and my husband and I are two sides of the same coin. We got married right at the beginning of COVID in 2020.
I have so much respect for this man. I heard him say at one time that he was broke, hungry, and lonely and needed to pay rent and was depending on God to help. When he returned home he found (l think he said 2) checks that he had just about gave up on ever receiving. Shortly after that he was told about “The Chosen “. I believe he will find the woman who God has chosen for him after he finished his part of the show, and he has refreshed his mind. I think that Jonathan is single because his faith in god keeps him whole as it does all of true Christians. As a single woman of Christ I too am almost 50 and single but I’m completely happy as I am because if God chooses this path for me then that means that I am being called for something greater than being a wife to someone. It means that I have an honorary duty to fulfill for my Heavenly Father and that’s more important than anything that this world has to offer. Amen 🙏🏻✝️

As a single woman, God has written my story, and I have found it is so much better than I would have done! God has used my singleness to care for my elders and serve God in various ways, which left me able to serve Him and love those around me. Not everyone will marry if God has a purpose for it. I admire his waiting for someone whom God chooses! God asks us to wait on Him, and in my life I am letting Him write the story! Honestly I'm 44 and I've been waiting for God to make a way for me and bring a wife into my life. Still waiting, don't be so picky or wait for the right one.... marriage is a challenge and work pick whoever you can and you can make it work. My grandfather was atheist and grandma catholic just a random pick that lasted till death. Very happily too.

Jonathan brother Christian man I agree with you stay single and love your father the Lord Jesus. I am a miracle child of God. I had a brain injury 20 years ago change my life. I know it was be hard relationship with my friends and family, but God was always with me. God chose you to be always to be with you with him, you have no worries about relationship. You have the king of love with him. You need to chill and relax that’s what I do.
Jonathan has to accept his purpose in life and then God will give him grace according to his station in life. When he finds peace with God then all he needs will come to him.
