IMAS EOD (Multi Item Demolition)

In February 2022, after extensive consultation across the sector, a new draft Training and Evaluation Protocol (TE&P) for IMAS 09.30 EOD was released.
The TE&P specifies the competency requirements for levels 1-3 and 3+ to meet the new requirements for mine action organisations operating in more complex environments. This includes IMAS EOD Level 2 operators being able to ‘Conduct task scene management in any environment for demolition of multiple items of EO on which recorded in writing as trained’.
We believe that training should simulate this activity as closely as possible. What do you think?
