Honestly, if you like it then great. But there is an add on lip (HFP) that can be bought thru Honda that is meant for both hatchback LX and SI bumpers, and it comes in red only. Dont get me wrong the CTR lip looks good but those gaps tho.....

No... just no.... Type R is much wider so looks sick. This looks out of proportion. They sell the Type R style lip for the 10th gen civic... it's molded better to fit and doesn't look out of place. Also half the price lol...

Fyi.. you can eliminate some of the gap by not cutting the last tab on both ends or the lip as much...

They come stock on the Canadian Honda CIvic SI
Those screws wont hold the lip at high speed, you need to take down the bumper and use some proper hardware to secure it....
Ive always used these screws on all my cars and never had issues.
The proper hardware is screws. My modulo lips have 10 screws holding underneath the bumper and it never had issues.

This goes right over the stock bumper. If you have the HFP lip you may have to remove it

At the time when I bought this lip they’re weren’t many lips to choose from, also some people may want the authenticity of a real fk8 type r lip.
