I am originally from Brooklyn, so i'm an east coast guy. I Moved to san diego in 2015, and now starting to make plans to move back in 2025. California was cool, but east coast is my tribe, looking into North Jersey so that i can be close to family over in NYC.
I'll be relocating to Jersey for work. I didn’t want to mve to NY lol. But being a native of California, I look for what Im trading, and it seems like NJ has a setup that would make me feel sort of at home. I'll be near the coast as that's where I live here. However, I do enjoy the outdoors and looking to experience the state culture changes as well. I loved in Ohio when I was in college, so the long periods of cold I do have to prepare for again, lol. But it does snow here in our foothill area. But I was able to hit the snow or go travel down to the coast in one day. Great insight, as I'll be relocating next month.
Thanks for the feedback @luxconnoisseurs! Feel free to reach out in preparation for your transition. I would be happy to assist in anyway that I can. corey@newjerseyliving.net
What I love from NJ is the short distance to everything...if you get bored in NJ just go for a short visit to DC less than 4hrs drive, or NY, PA, CT, NH,DE,MA MD,VA, just next door...I enjoyed California but hard to beat NJ .....property tax and pay for entrance to the beach are the only crazy thing that I hate from NJ

If you can find me a two bedroom townhome that is around $1,430 a month I'm out of Minnesota.
Do you have any plans to visit? If so, let me know if you need any recommendations.🙏
We're already the most densely populated state in the union. We're not accepting any applications, especially North Jersey.🤔😂🤣🗽🗽
I appreciate your feedback @skizztrizz4453! 💯
Golden state homes are egregiously over priced.
I second!
