- Where is the Schitt's Creek Motel? We found Schitt's Creek Motel, and several filming locations in Ontario, outside of Toronto!
There are several filming locations around the greater Toronto area for the Schitt's Creek. On our road trip from Detroit to Toronto, we stopped to visit a couple of them.
There's not much to do around them, but it was a fun addition to our girls trip.

Canada is a place I have always wanted to visit and my sister lived there for about 10 months about 30 years ago. Any place that has a bakery is fine by me, I would love that, as long as it was open of course, cheers Alan
We finally renewed our passports, so hopefully we get to explore a lot more of Canada!! Nothing like a good bakery!
Schitt's Creek was a tonic to our souls during covid. We watched the entire series twice. How fun it is to see the actual buildings used for filming. Now do Ted Lasso. JK
Same for us!! Such a great show! Got me wanting to rewatch. I have not seen Ted Lasso, we don't have Apple TV, but I've heard great things about it. Hoping to do some Stranger Things locations in the future.
Now that is really cool that you stopped at these locations that were featured in the film Schitts Creek. Tha town needs to Capitalise and bring more people to these locations. Awesome vlog. 👍🏼🤠♥
