Influence plays a big role in a project. When project managers positively influence their team, get them thinking and looking at the big picture to work at optimal performance, they can expand and add value to the organization together with grace.

It's all heart :) and so are you! It's coming together so well...as a wrote the one song for it my husband began to whistle "A Spoon Full of Sugar Makes the Medicine Go Down". I shared my project at church yesterday and sang; they loved it. I spoke with the lady that works at the local clothes closet and she is keeping an eye out for vintage clothing for costumes and I want to give a discount on tickets for a donation to the clothes closet at the performances. One of the main messages is that what you give and sow will come back to you so take care of the poor and destitute, the orphans and the widows. I am so excited, it's going to be beautiful!! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!! xo
