that was Not high level play in the grand finals. that was one person throwing the opponent over & over again. what a waste of time & effort for it to end with that scrub tactic play style.
It seems scrubby ...but that is one of the legit ways to pressure Dictator with Chun Li. Since dictator has two legit reversals with reversal throw and super. Donicio just happen to be good in mixing up getting the Dictator player unaware. The dic player was no slouch and a complete scrub either. He does managed to reversal throw from time to time against chun . It is just that Chun is a naturally on a higher tier than Dictator. It is really a tough match for Dictator not just skill wise , but needing some educated guesses to survive and try to win the game.and another thing at least the winner of this final ain't a Claw player for goodness sake
