It's sad that that's how corporations look at it, but that's the way it currently is, depending on the job you're basically just a part in a machine, and if it's a less important or cheap part then it's easy to replace if it doesn't meet whatever standards are set. Greed really does suck.

Fubuki really is such an irreplaceable friend, the FubuMio teetee levels in this story were off the charts lol. When she was hospitalized, sure I watched others - kinda like I always do - but Sundays always felt off. So maybe I've always valued that consistency from her, and maybe she's realizing that she's valued by everyone around her (since I know she was down in the dumps about that a very, very long time ago but I never realized she hadn't fully realized it) Don't want Mio to think she's beholden to us indefinitely, but as long as she's having fun and healthy it's good to have her around.
I hope Miosha now realises shes not a 'backseat player' she means alot to the community and the Miofas AND EVEN the holomems themselves, yes i watch other holomems but Mio is a member irreplaceable as soon as her streams stopped i knew I was missing something and quickly realized it was Miosha
